Nestled under redwood majesty and a creamy blanket of stars, the Milky Way Sound Patrol debuts something of a dance-party speakeasy on Friday, Dec. 15. The Henry Miller Memorial Library, the so-called “Mothership,” hosts the all-ages gathering.
Dancing is set to take place on the library deck, where warm vintage Sunn speakers and Lumiere Alchemical’s signature oily visuals create a moody atmosphere via color and movement projections.
A cosmic school bus will be parked on the premises, offering fresh winter cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages. The library’s seasonal (and celebrated) Glögg will also be served, as will tacos…
