PLAYBOY: What about your literary influences? You’ve mentioned Kerouac and Ginsberg. Whom do you read now?

BOB DYLAN: Rilke. Chekhov. Chekhov is my favorite writer. I like Henry Miller, I think he’s the greatest American writer.
