July 18 – “Delirium Condor” anthology reading with Max Talley & friends!

Former Monterey and Big Sur resident, writer/musician Max Talley, returns to the Henry Miller Library on Sunday, July 18th for an outdoor reading and signing of his new anthology, “Delirium Corridor.”

As the title suggests, the book contains 14 surreal stories in what Talley calls “the Twilight Zone tradition,” which makes us very happy given our Serling-esque affinity for all things macabre*, dreamlike, and just plain weird.

Max will read the title story, then contributor Jesse Krenzel and Monterey literature teacher David Swartz will read stories too.

There will be snacks, and of course, no Talley event would be complete without strummed acoustic guitars and singing after the literary portion.

Free admission! Register and more info here.
